Learn together: be taught "hands on" how to treat your spouse. Jillene will work with both of you to perform the proper manual therapy techniques that you can share for a lifetime. In cabin - massage table & heated stones provided.

Relax Together: Couples can enjoy a traditional 1-1 individual treatment experience with Jillene. Couples may enjoy alternating between a dip in the hot-tub and a relaxing manual therapy treatment. Your biggest worry of the day is who gets to receive the manual therapy first.or last.

The reference mentioned “customized therapy” and since I have a history of unique injuries and was planning to be on Mt. Rainier for two solid days, I figured I would be needing some focused therapy on my 55 year old body after some rigorous hiking / snowshoeing. As it turns out, I did take a nasty fall going down an icy switch back to Narada Falls. That had my lower back and left glute area seized up and very painful (as in hard to get out of bed the next morning!). I told Jillene about the injury, and she went right to work. Within minutes she had identified the imbalance in my torso and the tension in the tissue due to the fall and went to work putting things back in order and freeing me up. I was nearly completely pain free the following morning. She is not your typical massage therapist; she is an expert physical therapist (WA Licensed Physical Therapist, orthopedic certified specialist, certified Mulligan Practitioner and Physical Therapy Continuing education instructor in her personal Lund ZenShuk Approach) and knows the anatomy intimately. She is passionate about putting balance back in your body, and also in your mind and spirit.
